Anyone know what causes Safari to be unresponsive within seconds after opening

I tried power on/off the phone oredi but still unable to use Safari

Nothing else to add

Phone was working fine until Monday couldn't use Safari normally anymore.....the app just hang seconds upon opening


Rest of the apps on the phone still functioning normally

Close every app opened in the background, then close every opened tabs in your browser, then try clearing safari browser cache from the options setting and see if it works.
