If so there is no point in downing pes, what's the point of introducing this new pes as well, might as well classify us under b1 all along. Heard b4 was the old c9. I'm in sir.You see, b4 is excuse ippt which involve running. And i was told to be performing the same activities with others in outfield such as carrying heavy load, are there gonna be no running in outfield. I've knee injury and carrying heavy load itself will definitely worsen it. Long distance walking is another problem as well.

If there is any risk to your health involved in certain activities as determined by your MO based on specialist recommendations, there should be an explicit excuse given to you instead of relying on an ambiguous blanket "PES xx cannot do xx". E.g. someone in PES B4 because of a fractured palm can obviously still run normally. Perhaps you should talk to your MO about it.

BTW is your knee injury current or old? My kid ruptured 2 ligaments each in both knees, with a torn meniscus, PFPS, and a broken big toe and 2 metatarsal fractures (not all incurred in the same instance but quite close to each other. He's in a pretty rough sport after all), but after his recovery (close to a year) and physiotherapy, his sports specialist doctor and his orthopaedic surgeon both indicated that once recovered, there is literally no risk of "the old injury getting worse from xxx activity" unless it never recovered properly in the first place (he was cleared for doing all the stuff you listed above plus things like rock climbing and mountain trekking, and I'm not talking about Bukit Timah Hill).

If its a current injury than you should really get your specialist to write to the MO to recommend preventive measures to avoid further deterioration. If it's a recovered old injury, well, I can only say that nowadays we are all getting more and more precious and fragile such that every old wound we previously suffered is viewed as a ticking time bomb waiting to explode and maim or kill us if we so much as do anything mildly more strenuous than sedentary stuff.
