Anyone knows what problem is this?

Anyone knows what is this problem or how to solve it? It always occur every 1 or 2 mins of use and temporary fixes are turning off and on my monitor or reopening the application. Already reinstalled it like 4 times and still same problem.

All my other applications don't have this problem and only visual paradigm is causing it.

seems like the program is eating up a lot of cpu or ram or whatever the issues. maybe u can check on the cpu usage from task manager?

maybe check on your gpu usage as well.

next can u try running on 1 monitor?

I went to try and check. Its using 4% of cpu and 400mb of ram

Edit:
I'm suspecting the dual monitor setup is causing the problem. Turned off and on my other side monitor and problem temporary goes away.

gpu usage? maybe u can try to go down a few notch for your resolutions? seems like u are running on 4k though...

GPU usage don't look adnormal. I'm running 1440p, not 4k. I tried at 1080p also same problem.

but for this issues, definitely have to do with either the monitor or gpu, since cpu and ram does not seems to consume quite a lot of usage.

That is why i'm very lost right now. Cause i only have this problem on this very single application. Games and my other applications i use frequently like visual studio, eclipse and MS office don't suffer from this.

I can't google the problem myself cause i don't know the name of the problem x.x
