Anyone out there familiar with AIA Life Policy claim?

Hello, as above, I have a parent who passed on recently, I have read some of the documents that is required. That they need a medical report form that is filled up by a doctor, in which the cost is bear by the claimant. Anyone has any idea how do i go about doing it?. Thanks in advance.

Medical records Office. Tell them the report is for insurance claim. Pay for it. They will send it to the insurer.
