Yes you can install the app, u can consolidate all item and ship together for 99rmb regardless of parcel size and weight, just need to pay extra for GST.

However not everything is part of the 99 rmb shipping promo. You need to find those product with the purple SG¥99包邮 icon.

Even if this seller don’t ship, u can easily find another seller that does. I’ve noticed usually bulky item they don’t offer

Singapore a lot of people think cheaper better faster... that is why you get so many PMD fire... so far no serious enforcement on illegal PMD modifications lor... maybe need to wait till serious accident with multiple casualties then will take action.

Yes, you order then they will ship to a local warehouse. Then u consolidate your orders and then shipping is waived if your orders meet 99yuan, just need to pay the 9% gst for your total goods value. the only caveat is the long shipping time and refund prob non-existent. good for getting those chapalang goods.
