I'm chatting with the seller not platform leh~

I didn't select 申请退款/ request refund instead I chosen 联系商家 and chat with seller~ I'm okay if they send me just one side of the earpiece but after I provided all the evidences, the seller immediately refunded me~

I know you chat with seller, I'm saying your refund message seems to be sent by PDD AI, i.e. their AI read your messages with seller and auto sent you refund option. It might be also PDD giving you the money, not the seller.

Did your seller say they will full refund you in the chat? They seem to be asking for more proof of your issue before the refund option appeared. Did they say anything else after your screenshot?

Today received. Found the packaging is different. Don't have the UCC logo!

Then brew a cup. Cuuryneh don't taste like coffee at all. Terrible flat bitter almost chemical taste.

Filed a refund with PDD. Heng they gave me refund.

Technically the seller is not wrong. They never claim they are UCC even though misleading.

Seller sent a refund option (it had a slider that can select the amount to be refunded, the default amount was the max amount)~ once selected, the refund went back to my WeChat and also appeared in the chat that i shown earlier~

Ya, I used Wechat (Weixin Pay) for the purchase and the refund also went back to WeChat pay~

i assume you use your credit card linked to wechat. if that is the case, the refund goes to wechat wallet right? can use wallet funds and then remaining pay by cc linked?

i got a few times that seller on taobao wanna refund me but i feel that the fund will be stucked so i didnt take the refund.

Yes, I linked my youtrip to WeChat pay~ whether for subsequent purchase the system will deduct the e-wallet amount in Wechat pay first then follow by the cc linked, I'm not sure~

But I'm not worry cos can always find a product that is close to the wallet amount and used it up or use it to pay GST~
