I know you chat with seller, I'm saying your refund message seems to be sent by PDD AI, i.e. their AI read your messages with seller and auto sent you refund option. It might be also PDD giving you the money, not the seller.I'm chatting with the seller not platform leh~
I didn't select 申请退款/ request refund instead I chosen 联系商家 and chat with seller~ I'm okay if they send me just one side of the earpiece but after I provided all the evidences, the seller immediately refunded me~
Did your seller say they will full refund you in the chat? They seem to be asking for more proof of your issue before the refund option appeared. Did they say anything else after your screenshot?
