defective~ one is earpiece, the battery can't last for an hour, now one side totally can't charge~ another is USB mood light, tested for one day, second day spoilt~ i didn't request for refund when chatting with sellers, just feedback on the issues but the PDD system overtake the chat and offer for refund~

Ya, PDD AI will read your chat and offer you coupons and refunds. Got one time I was just asking seller questions about how to use the product, and PDD gave me ¥3 coupon cos they thought I had issues with it.

i bought a few items...quality chia chia lat...looks off from the pictures shown... i just throw them away lol.
cause quite cheap...
like ah.. i bought before a "magsafe" phone case....but...the magnet...is just a piece of thin sticker stuck on the phone case de lol
first time in my life....seen such a case in recent times....
but then, you get what you pay for la... the case is damn cheap lol.

If an item cost ¥401 but when checking out it shows ¥396 because of a ¥5 discount by the system, would it still be tax free?

I just bought almost S$200 worth of pets snacks and items (2nd purchase), 1st purchase was relatively good and my dogs love the snacks, shouldn't be any problems, and definitely cheaper than what local vendors are selling at

PDD now SG shipping duration promise from leaving consolidation warehouse to doorstep delivery 10 days or 3rmb voucher compensation. Usual TnC applies(act of god, custom inspections resulting in delays yada yada).

Used to be 12-14 days promise with 10rmb compensation so not sure if its better or worse. I have one order just left warehouse today so lets see if they can keep to the 10 days promise.

3rmb is a joke haha.

But seems like shipping improved. My MXM shipment like smoother. With updated shipping process at each step and have ETD and ETA.

Now cleared China customs and ship leaving port in 2 days.

Arrival 5 days after.

Previously I had some orders took almost 3 weeks to receive they also never issue any compensation voucher. The voucher I think no min. spend amount but I don't think can be used for all items on the platform. Now I only care for the 399rmb tax free promo and hope they don't remove it lol.

Ya the 399rmb tax free is a big pull.

Taobao if add in GST and all the fees is noticeably more ex. Only if no choice then would buy on TB.
