您好,我是菜鸟官方物流客服海小满,关于您反馈 77341xxxxxx4290包裹被拒收的问题,77341xxxxxx4290 包裹因电池拒收,预计后天提供退件证明,请知悉。

Part of my consol list.
Think over the past 2 years they've made it harder to ship batteries direct from China to SG. Even magnets also same. Not just Cainiao, PDD, TB also.

That's why you hardly see batteries with free shipping on PDD, cos they only send to China address.

Even Shopee, all the battery listings are SG, MY sellers, no more China.

If really bo pian can try AliExpress liao.

But tbh u check the schedule for restricted items towards MY n SG is the same, n it's impossible for all shipments to be declared appropriately. Depend the seller label what thing... Alot used to label as "mobile phone case cover" or "children's toy"

Nowadays labels are useless. Cainiao x-rays all parcels now, they ever send me screenshot before.

U go Cainiao XHS see loh, they got videos of them scanning parcels. If you contest their ruling, they will show you the x-ray screenshot.

the new free shipping for all item format sucks big time, if you are planning to just send one item they take their own sweet time to send out your item from their warehouse, most lilkely they want to wait a few days to see if you ship any other item so they can ship together. they should include a ship now option

It's funny that some listings still have the free shipping label although the description and picture clearly states it's a battery.

Back in December i was looking for lifepo4 batteries like the pic below but luckily i didn't and instead bought it at AliExpress.

Has anybody started to buy Toilet rolls from PDD ever since the Free shipping with no minimum spend?

The Vinda Blue Classic 4 ply Toilet paper cost about S$2.50 for 10 rolls during special sale at PDD. Way more affordable compared to Fairprice.

Cashew Nuts 400g about S$6.00 at PDD, compared to SG which typically cost above S$10.00 at local supermarket.

What are other items that worth to buy from PDD?

I'm also wondering how PDD is sustaining Free shipping without minimum purchase.

They scan for what?
Too many to mention, you go see their Prohibited / Sensitive list.

Main thing is items with batteries, magnets, liquids in them cannot Air ship. Can only use Sea.

There will always be some stray listing. You can try your luck, but no guarantee.

Devices that have batteries in them should still be able to Sea ship, so maybe this one considered a device rather than battery? Not sure.

I have a ¥200+ item that reached the warehouse last, but processed first and dispatched within the same day.

Meanwhile, 4 other items that arrived earlier, 1-2 days before, is still sitting in the warehouse.

These 4 items are all cheap items between ¥3-15, and are all liquids. I also have another cheap ¥3 liquid item otw to the warehouse.

Dunno if the price and type of item matters when deciding when they ship out.

Maybe all sensitive items like liquids take a different boat.

They allow even if the battery is installed in the devices?

If dun allow, then a lot of things cannot buy liao. All electrical/electronic devices that can be charged, like your handphone, shaver, handheld fan, etc. are devices with batteries in them.

As long as the battery is part of a device, should be OK. They just don't ship batteries on its own. That's what CSO tell me.

My 5th and last liquid item arrived at the warehouse and immediately shipped out on the same day, together with my other 4 liquid items that had been sitting in the warehouse for the past 3 days.

So it seems they really wait for all your orders to come in then ship out together. The maximum holding period period could be up to 5 days, according to CSO.

My 5 liquid items were shipped out today using YiTao 易淘.

My other regular non-sensitive item (no liquids, batteries or magnets) was shipped out yesterday using MXM 麦西盟.

So 2 different shippers. One for regular items, one for sensitive items.

At your own risk.
Pinduoduo is suspended by Google since 2023 over malware issues so their app cannot be listed in PlayStore.

Maybe that's why they're so aggressive in sales tactics over the past 3 years.

I started using PDD also in 2023, after they got banned. Back then, they didn't have free shipping, but their official shipping was already dirt cheap. Think was half price of TB/Cainiao, and they charge by actual weight, not volumetric. So was even cheaper.

Now free shipping for multiple countries, no minimum spend.
