I ordered a diatome mat and the corner came chipped off

Shipping seems fine, infact packaging was good. It was in styrofoam but no idea why the corner got chipped

Any idea how to get a refund back? Seems like I need to ship back if wanna refund or nego with the seller?

Thankfully PDD refund 95%. Think they cannot refund GST amount though

Let us know how did it go for the duck leg...

So far, only brought dry foods like biscuits and nuts, veri cheap and good.
But if they delivery took more than 3 weeks, its not that crunchy.

why is it so?? the package damaged??
my few orders some are 20 over days.. all those peanuts/green peas.. all still crunchy

the duck leg... I eat many many already..
I find it quite tasty. It might looks a bit dry.. but no complain for a piece that cost around S$0.50

beef sticks.. I tried once also..SUPER DAMN HARD! maybe I gotten the wrong version... or wrong type...

Based on my understanding, Pinduoduo usually target the tier 2 or tier 3 city in china whereby people in these locations are more price sensitive and less concerned about quality.

Some said that Pinduoduo sells "grade B" product.

For High Quality products from china e-commerce platform, better stay with JD.

I bought Asus TUF motherboard and AMD Ryzen 7 5700G processor and Orico DDR4 32GB RAM from Pinduoduo flagship seller.

Item received in good condition, I saved about more than S$200 just by purchasing the components directly from china.

Every e-commerce platform has risk associated with each purchase.
it's usually the integrity of the seller that matters.
