Hi all,

I has try to email to USPS. And they want me to call USPS - Customer Service. Call 1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777).

How to call? Anyone try to call?

Have called a couple of times before. They have the automated system that recognises what you say. So far i found out the way to bypass it, is to talk in someway that it doesnt understand, then it will redirect you to a human after 3 tries.

Use skype to call. Skype calls toll free for free. Just rmb to add a +1 in front when calling and call during their timezone. i.e. 8am - 8pm ET = 8pm - 8am Singapore Time.

When the IVR female voice ask you to say an option: Just follow those ang moh tv series show tone and say "Customer Service Officer".
She/it will ask again after that like would you like to tell me what it about? Repeat the same 3 words. Call will be transferred to a real USPS rep.
