I've used before... Hit and miss.. u gotta set your price and slowly increase or decrease.. sometimes the drivers will offer their price which is higher than grab.. I've used a couple of times, only when grab is unavailable.

Used it in KL, pretty fast and smooth to get a driver, just clunky and slow UI, hard to reach support.
Pricing usually price it around Grab+/- will be sufficient unless of course you are jam prone areas which even w high prices offered, nobody will accept. lol
