I can’t understand the use of massage guns imho. I received this treatment as part of my chiropractic session. I can only say, I still like my acupressure style massage.

what’s also true is that, the massage gun help to breakdown my muscle tension, which I can’t tell until the chiropractor does the cracks with ease, the sounds are louder.

couple years ago watch youtube got those physio medical expert said most of his patients used massage gun and it made the pain worse .... i dun dare to buy for mother


personally i think .... every force got equal recoil force ...... the holder of the massage gun should be a solid surface like wall instead of hand hold ... otherwise the piledriver squish our wrist jelly substance
