If going for Intel 12th gen can consider for 12400 , very good cpu , I’m using it in my Lian li A4-H20
The downside was DDR5, now in my Lian li 4A-H20 as well

Am using this bord now.. you can get Team Group Vulcan 5200 DDR5 which will cost approx $250 for 32GB to go with this board. It's the only one with 2x m.2 as mentioned

Based on my personal experience looking for a good ITX board for Intel Alder Lake, I really struggled to find one. Your options are very limited. Mostly requires DDR5, and higher end ones not just cost a lot, but the board also looks very crowded, so much so that it poses some problem for some air and water cooler. in the end, I gave up, and went with ATX. My preference was to get a H670, but a few days after I placed my order, I was told that it is out of stock and have to wait. So in the end, I got upsold to a Z690 board, but fortunately for 50 bucks more...
