anyone using VS code for python? Consuming lots of RAM

Anyone here uses VS code for python development? I liked it but it uses lots of RAM. Can go up to 3GB even during idle.

From the process window, I can see that the culprit is "Microsoft Python Language Server".

Anyone encountered same issue? How did you fix it?
