Hello... Would like to check if anyone is using this BT earpiece from Xiaomi?

I am using it now, in fact it is working fine but the volume are kinda soft and I noticed it is due to the earbuds, wondering if anyone else also face the same issue and if there is any solution. Thanks. :(
