I don't think Singnet allows you to access - they have probably deleted the mailbox already upon account closure.
Many people I know moved to Gmail and used the POP access feature to archive their Singnet mail there, while setting up the "Send from" to reflect it was sent from their Singnet account for an interim period while notifying users to move over to their gmail.

Your best best would be to contact Singtel itself, via its support. See if they are able to assist you in any way. But chances are they probably won't be able to assist.
