Anywhere to diagnose rig problems?

Hi all, I have a few problems with my rig recently..

it will freeze occasionally and i would need to reset my cpu and sometimes it will also go to a bsod saying that it is dumping files or something..

sometimes, i will be stuck before the bios boot and get a continuous beeping sound from my rig.. beep..beep..beep.. i am on a biostar mobo..

is there anywhere i can go diagnose my rig? my mobo still has warranty and i intend to upgrade a bit and give to my cousin.. pardon me for my poor description...
