Sorry mods, recently I created a clone account to post a sale thread in the forum as I thought it would be more professional to post under my company's name. But it was my bad for not reading the rules and I accept my mistake for carrying out commercial solicitation and advertising for commercial entity.
Then i reverted back to using my original account to post in the sale thread without any mention of the following " Posting of any thread/post containing commercial information on company's name/contact number/whereabouts. " and received an infraction. Is it possible to clarify why is this so?

HardwareZone.com does not allow users to have more than 1 account. If any user is found to have been passing off as more than 1 individual through multiple accounts in an attempt to sway/influence discussions, those accounts will be permanently banned.
Ok I understand that and will stop using the clone account.

The clone account carried out full fledged commercial advertising using the company name as avatar and account name including Facebook link, email. phone number and physical address of the shop. I deleted the
thread and warning given to the account out of good will and benefits of doubts given.
You came back to advertise again using this account 1 day later and I deleted it as well together with an infraction for commercial solicitation and advertising for ignoring the warning given to the clone account.

Point 1, yes. That is advertising/commercial solicitation by a company by masking it as a personal post. I'd exercise some form of flexibility to accommodate local startup as long as they do not blatantly crossed the line. Killing off startup is no different from killing the entire local DIY eco system, it doesn't benefit fellow members, local distributors and HWZ as a whole.
Point 2. I sincerely thank for the enthusiasm to help fellow members in advance. You can participate in the discussion to provide advice, suggestion and idea as a start to increase your exposure in the forum, not necessary to create another thread in HWC. Kindly refrain from commercial solicitation and advertising in the discussion.
