We have also previously received multiple complaints of you repeatedly targeting and harassing a certain forum user 106gunner. Please do not continue such behavior on our forums, the Moderators will not hesitate to deal warnings with infraction points for such behavior.

Thanks for looking into my appeal but as that thread is locked, i need to start another one to clear the air.

1. From my infracted post (I hope you did read it personally) and from your objective view, do i look like i am referring to anyone?

2. If you are referring to member 106gunner that i am harassing, i gladly take the points but the mod who given me the infraction must also know that this 106gunner has a previous account (Danielsan8) who was permanently banned.
And from my understanding here, a pbanned account is not allowed to create a new account here (I remember you posted this before too). I hope this rule has not changed and what are you going to do with this clone account?

last but not least, i hope you don't lock this thread for a meaningful discussion.

exactly. i don't understand why is it linked to 106gunner which i gotten the infraction.

i am not sure exactly what you mean by unprovoked comment.
what i posted (my infracted posted) is just a casual remark and not referring to only one.
and i don't understand how is it linked to 106gunner?

Although the username was not stated in your post, it is very clear your supposedly casual remark was referring to someone in particular. It is also not the first time you had posted such harassing remarks at that user. Thus the multiple harassment complaints we had received against you over the years.

Our advice to you now is we have had enough of your grudges and quarrels with other users, either you stop this behavior or be prepared to receive further Warnings with infractions.
