Initial title heading is: Is this how Russia prevent its TFR from dropping.

It is suppose to be a thought provoking discussion on how one country like Russia will take measure to prevent its TFR from dropping further.

Is it because anything from Russia,China or USA 'related thread' will be now shifted to CAL automatically?

Checked on your thread. Since the news is on Russia politics and policies, it is better suited for CAL for a more meaningful discussion. Currently on certain topics, EDMW will inevitably attract troll-ish and politically-charged comments from other users. This is not a blanket action but we will do what is best for constructive and meaningful discussion on HWZ Forums, until users learn to behave more appropriately.
