Questions regarding Appeal

I have a couple of questions regarding appeal. Thank you to anyone willing to answer.

1) If I have already been rejected by a particular course, how likely is it for me to have a successful appeal into the same course??

2) Does it help in any way that the course I'm appealing into belongs in the same facaulty as the course I have accepted??

1. Barring some huge change in your graders, the line in the sand is already drawn.
2. Nobody knows what actually goes on for appeals because the unis are answerable to nobody except themselves, I'm guessing if you already got a place, that's that and if you don't like their decision, it's more your problem than theirs at the end of the day.
3. You can always test out my theory by rejecting everything and submitting a new application but knowing what you're against I doubt you will try.
