Appeal regarding ban again right after it was lifted

Will you please explain why did you ban my kaze-no-koe account?

i just created a sale thread and is the only one but was banned again almost instant.
was given multiple infraction previously on item which have already been sold if you have look into the date of the last post in each thread.

You have 12 sale threads in the Notebook Bazaar; each member should only have 1 active thread. When you created your new thread after your ban ended, the following thread was still there:
WTS Made in Japan 2nd generation ultrabook Fujitsu SH771

You did not indicate in the threads you were infracted in that the sale was closed and you had created them as recently as a week or so ago.

Of cos WTS Made in Japan 2nd generation ultrabook Fujitsu SH771 is still there as it was newly created right after the ban as it was previously deleted off by the mods.

you created the thread WTS Made in Japan 2nd generation ultrabook Fujitsu SH771 when you had the thread WTS 14" 2nd generation i7 Fujitsu lifebook LH531 open.
