Appealing against warning/infraction.

Referring to the notice above sent to me in PM.

I admit that I have made a mistake by not combining the threads into one, which caused an infraction on my account. To be honest, I thought I created that one in Electronics Bazaar. My bad.

However, I really don't get the warning part. I only bumped a sales thread - which everyone does. I did not do it regularly. Most of the time it's a few hours apart when the thread has been pushed to back pages.

Any mod care to explain?

Also, on a more general note, please identify the mod/admin in infractions (in everyone's case) so that there's transparency. This is so that the mod/admin cannot hide behind anonymity and target anyone they deem fit. For the sake of everyone else using this forum, we need greater transparency.

Creating more than 1 thread for WTS will result in warning/infraction.

For transparency, may I refresh you and fellow member who you are and what you did in the past which resulted in p-banned.

Are you so innocent to be a "victim" of moderator abusing the forum tools?

My warning stand, you will be p-ban for further violation of spamming, you won't be given the usual 36 points threshold for p-ban as this is a special case/account granted by the administrator on good will. You decide whether or not to treasure it, we have our stand on such issue.

Well, for your case, you should be serve with p-ban for spamming. You begged and promised not to do so when the administrator lifted the permanent ban as a clone account served on 1st May 2013 for banned member.

letmysoulfly P-banned on 20/4/2013, all subsequent account will be ban-on-sight for banned member. You were given a chance to come back to the forum by the administrator on good will. But, you choose to create 2 sale thread in the same forum again, are you not consider as spamming?

You know damn well spamming sale thread are not allowed but you choose to do so. With 8 bump/replies on the 2nd thread, you can tell me again and again that you are totally innocent and warning is not the right way to deal with you.

Banned member are ban forever, we do not allowed them to come back with a new account unless approved by administrator.
Since you think a warning is not the right way to deal with you, I will now ban you for 3 days starting from now.

Come back after 3 days, take a break from the forum then tell us what you expect us to deal with persistence spammer like you.

Don't be bothered about warning... they don't do warnings.. and yes, you'll be slapped with few at one shot.. trust me, I know.. ..

Its just a forum. Its not a ban anyway. The infraction expires.. unless you are so concerned about a 'black mark" on your profile, which I think makes no diff.. In fact, embrace being a bad as* member..
