FAQ

Will the product be sealed?
Yes

What happens if i go earlier or later than my time slot?
You'll have to wait for a longer amount of time before you can collect your product outside of your designated time slot.

I can't make it on that day.
Give Apple Orchard a call, 1800 699 2824

What not to do
Don't be a dick.
Be respectful to the staff.
Everyone's waiting for their iPhone. It doesn't make you special because you ordered wait. Be patient, everyone's excited.

online collection fast? wat time does they open on launch day?

They opened at 8am. I only came at about 1230 due to commitments and the queue was fast, outside the Store. Probably just waited approximately 5-10mins during that time for pickup. Walk-in might take even longer.

They will appoint you a staff at the entrance which they are rotated around from the previous walk-in/pickup customer.

They would bring you in, scan your order’s QR code, then wait for about 5 mins for them to get your product. Asked to check if it’s the correct product, sign for receiving and that’s all.

And if you need personal setup, they will help get you another staff to the 2nd floor.

Yea. I self collected at the Apple Store. There were 2 separate queues. One for walk-in and the other for online.

Yes, you would have to select a time slot upon selecting your option as pick up. There’s a prompt for you to select your check in time.

Mine was the 1230-1300 window.

It’s before payment.

The check-in window is probably only for initial launches. Cause they wouldn’t want too many people to start gathering at a particular time as there may not be enough staffs.

Thank you. Preparing for X...:D

I got myself a iPhone X Silver. Collection on 3 Nov between 8am - 8.30am. Any idea if I have to join the long queue or there will be a separate queue for collection?

Please advise me.

Thank you.

As mentioned by others, during IP8, they have separate Q for collection and walkin.

In the previous years, the queue for a new iPhone may start several days ahead outside Apple Stores in US and Europe. People even brought tents to live for a couple of days in front Apple Stores. Given our kiasu level and the fact that iPhone X is much hotter than the previous models with much more limited stock, you can consider to queue there from Wednesday. :s13::s13:

The photo below is the queue in Sydney for iPhone 6s, note that it is an "S" model, which has exactly the same design to the previous year.
