Apple Orchard return policy

Hi guys. What's the return policy for Apple products bought from the Orchard store that are not iPhone or iPad?

Bought a watch strap and was told by the staff it's a full refund but forget to ask if open unit can get full refunds or not. Anyone can advise?

If its not iPhone or iPad, 14 days no question asked return or exchange policy even if item is opened or used.

As long it was not being damage, I guess Apple's return policy they will valid what they said. And I guess have to have the proof of purchase with you when return as well?

14 days refund / exchange no question asked!

Bought a steelseries nimbus from Apple Store.

Go home test out the joystick not responding.

Go back Apple Store, ask for exchange due to defect.

No question asked where is the defect. Lol! Immediately apologise and issue an exchange. This time I test on the spot.

Exchange date extended to another 14 days.
