Apple Store Delivery Failure

Had a mbp shipment that didn't arrive on the given time. No call to inform me n worse, say they will just come later when i called them. Not sure why Apple is not using DHL, who were much better in meeting delivery n informing customers.

My imac was delivered using Dhl. Didn't you get a tracking number when it change status to shipping? but you are right they don't call to arrange before they set off. Lucky i track closely and reach home before they arrived

I got a tracking num. delivery shd b 9-12. Its fine if they dun call me if they r coming, but at least call if they wun be coming at the time range. Apple shd just stick with dhl

thats weird. all along was DHL mah. mine received from them and as mention by above poster they won;t call. they simply give you a surprise visit and pass the items.
