I have recently cancelled an order that was paid by instalment over the phone. Item was not shipped yet hence I was able to cancel the order online.

Received an email from Apple stating they will be refunding the full amount. It has been a couple of days. No signs of any refunds yet to my card.

Anyone has similar experience? Is it too early to worry about it? Btw I cancelled it about 3 days ago.

Wouldn’t be too worried about it. I think they say 3-5 working days?

Refund is normally auto triggered by system once is cancelled.
Call in to check with the bank 1st if still no sign after 5 working days.

I cancelled my initial iPhone order. Called the bank and they said apple has 2 weeks to "claim" the transaction else the money would be refunded. When your order is still processing, apple simply do not post your transaction. My balance came back exactly 2 weeks later.

Mine was on installment plan. The first installment is already charged to my card account. Checked with UOB for it, they said haven receive any instruction from Apple

Looks like I will check back maybe in 5 business days

Just chat with an Apple specialist online and you will get a 100% confirm answer :D

The entire full amount has been credited to my credit card. Meaning I would need to serve the 24 months instalment. :s22:

Very lucky that the card I used has no annual fee. If not confirm hard to waive it off
