Anyone tried to connect the TB display to a windows laptop?
Wanna know if this works before I go buy the adapter

Just curious, what adapter you’re talking about? If your win laptop already have a thunderbolt 3 port built in, it should be compatible, need to be careful that not all USB-c is thunderbolt.

The box on the outside must indicate support for video when buying the USB-C cable i.e. the cable must support Alternate Mode
