Anyone used this service before? I know its handled by a third party. Any disputes or problems you faced?

I got a quote last week & it was $480. Today drop to $400. Lol. Will they play dirty & claim that oh it has more scratches than you declared then quote less?

Trade in prices will drop as you get closer to new product launch date. So i'm not surprise last week is 480 and its 400 now.

Yes. Used it before. Rate sucks if you do not mind.

Assuming scratches are countable, (which is technically possible), are you saying you count 10 scratches and they lied and say there is 15? If that is the case, wouldn't you be able to ask them to identify the 15 for you?

Assuming scratches uncountable, then is an opinion of an appraiser. Lying connotes the intention to deceive, but it must be based on some objective standard. If it is uncountable, how do you determine whether something is a lie?

If there's such lack of trust and dabbling in conspiracy, then technically anybody you meet with day to day could be lying to you without you probing unlike this.
