Previously did u add any card?
You try add 2 to 3 cards and remove.... then add again...

I already have 3 cards added. The cards were removed when I did a reset on iOS 11.1 back during beta days. When I add them back I immediately see that screen I posted earlier, nothing of your screen at all.

you are lucky then.. not only me having that screen anyway....

remove the cards, then add again. see if the previously removed cards are appearing for you to re-add back. By right nothing should be there.

If it is, then it means it really is tied to your apple id and not the ios problem.

I'm on iOS 10 no issue remove cards
