Actually from most opinions, it seems like 1 action from government(removal of cooling measures) can greatly boost the whole property market.
So even if bust, for whatever reason, it is also temporary.
Mid-long term, property is still gonna be boom.
My2cent.
so long as the employment rate remains ok, the property still can hold a while more... people will hold until they cannot make it, then kena bank auction.
i think the current yield of 3% is too pathetic to be classified under "investment". because most units are 99 leasehold, they are actually depreciating about 3% every year. so the rental is barely enough to cover the cost (depreciation & loan interest). please correct me if i am wrong.
