Are the service standards and waiting times in singapore public hospitals terrible?

Recently visited a relative in cgh and saw the waiting room full of armchairs with sick and frail side by side. Was told operating timings are erratic and doctors are usually short-tempered

It is the dark truth that no one pay attention cos most of them did not experience the long waiting and suffering 1st hand.
The top is enjoying all the benefits.

If we have smaller medical centers, maybe there will be more healthcare workers for hospitals and polyclinics.

u can keep adding capacity but if the population keep increasing then no way it will improve
