any recommendation for daily short commuting (15-30min pcn/pavement) bike mostly for getting food and sending kid (~5yo) to childcare? and occasional casual riding.

not intending to lock at home so not looking for an expensive one.

just go for decathlon?

Think if neighbourhood have bike shop can look see also bah. Normal bike not really much requirement. Difference is the pricing, compare abit.

Perhaps a city bike with low top tube, good for getting on and off frequently. Front basket for shopping. Rack behind on top put seat cushion for bike as general seat for child seat if want simple. If not buy a set piece.

looking at the polygon lovina city bike. looks not bad.
