Depends on
1. what you want to use the desktop for
2. what your budget is
3. which shop you go to.
4. corollary to point 3: how much you bargain (if applicable)

Go to tradepac, try and bargain as much as possible, that is if you are good at it. For assembly look for gs shop at sim lim or you can find his thread in the forums, his username is gs. He doesn't have a fixed price, just give him how much you think he deserves.
