Assignment/Projects vs Exam Based Degree

Hi all, would any of you be able to advise a degree that's based mostly on exam and another degree based mostly on assignment & projects..

I feel that for exam based degree, you would be very stressed towards the last few weeks while for assignment/projects you would be constantly stress across the whole term.

Would this have any affect on the transcript when we go out looking for job ?

I think it also depends on how well u understand what the lecturers want.

Just another question, for projects/assignment will it be marked by local lecturers or back to the university ?
