might not be possible to install via CD ROM but you can go to the asus driver site and download a program call EZ Installer, it will create the win 7 ISO in USB format which you can use to install the Windows

Any idea how to boost my PCE-AC68 and AC3200 speed?
My PCE-AC68 only receiving around 200-250Mbps for download.
Whereas upload is around 400-450Mbps.

Of course you can install Windows 7 via CD drive, just make sure you attach your USB keyboard/mouse to the USB 2.0 ports only. This is provided that there's a workaround in the BIOS for legacy USB support.

If not, then you will have to create a Windows 7 bootable thumb drive with USB 3 drivers patched in.
