Asus laptop Black Screen Help!!

I recently took out my Asus keyboard to clean it but upon putting it back, the screen is all black!! Fan/processor is still running though.

I have done a ram test, take out batt alrdy.

Any suggestions?? Desperate here.

That is why i usually buy cheaper model notebook with 3 yr warranty then sell it off before it expiry. Any way after sometime change os so time to change.
