Asus N750 / N750JV review - a top 17 inch multimedia laptop

Considering this laptop at the moment. Any proud owners of this laptop here? Would appreciate to hear more comments on this laptop.or is there any laptop of e similarly specs and price range?

I own the N750JV and it's awesome. Sluggish due to the 5400rpm hard drive. But since there's two hdd bay I'm gonna add it a ssd to make it the primary drive. The sound system is awesome

I managed to install an SSD in the 2nd empty slot, just wanted to share my experience that my older OCZ Vertex 2 120GB could not be detected in Win8 in the Disk Manager (was ok in the BIOS). However, with a newer Samsung Evo 120GB, there weren't any issues.

Also, take note that you will need a Torx 5 screwdriver to open up the bottom cover. The screws are different from the normal Philip ones...

DIY so that meant ASUS warranty will be void?
