I still feel the best promotions are selling the products (not old and outdated or obsolete ones) for a discount like 10-15% for a short period of time rather than to have lucky draws, free gifts or such.....

You see every year Robinson Sale you know the effects...
That is why we can see that the Black Friday's sale online is so popular...

That is the best way for a promotion to us!!!

at the end of the day I guess, in all fairness, Asus should clearly outline the details of the promotion, not skipping any detail which would protray as a loophole for debate. think of this as Terms and conditions to the very minute detail.

Protects the organisation and protects the customer both ways. Fair and square.

aside, with this escalation I"m pretty sure future promos by Asus will be strickly based on promotional details with no room for argument.
