asus x99 socket upside down by design?

Hi all, just unbox my x99 ASUS deluxe and place in my 5960x . i notice that
the words on my chip are upside down.Pretty sure i place it in the correct way as I tried placing the chip in a reverse direction but it wont fit. Anyone encounter the same issue?

Asus x99 deluxe with 5960x(words on right side of pic,???)

Gigabyte Z87 Sniper 5 wtih 4770k(words on left side of pic , normal orientation)

well just found it abnormal as its the first time i see the words are on the other side after fixing pc for many years..
