Then AtariVCS called the YouTubers fake news. Now the angered YouTubers fire back.

Looks like the next few days won't be boring.

July 2019 now

Launch date pushed back to end of 2019

APU changed from R7 to Vega 3 which is a downgrade

Previously they said to use Bristol Ridge is to save money with DDR3, yet now using Ryzen which has to use DDR4 ???

No solid specs surfaced, specs kept changing, launch date pushed back...

Xbox architect sues Atari over unpaid work on crowdfunded console

Rob Wyatt, perhaps best known as the system architect on Microsoft's original Xbox, has filed a lawsuit against Atari Gamebox LLC. The suit, filed in a federal court in Colorado, alleges that the company has failed to pay Wyatt and his firm Tin Giant nearly $262,000 invoiced for work on the long-delayed Atari VCS microconsole.

Meanwhile in history:
About joining the project, Wyatt said, "Who wouldn't want to be part of bringing Atari back? From the moment the AMD team introduced me to Atari and the VCS project, I have been intrigued and inspired by the opportunity that it represents."
