Will I still get the full MUP after the ICT end

Will the MUP deduct 3days of MC

since u are in ICT, you should be asking your NSC or S8/G8, PC, 2IC, or OC.

normally should be full MUP. However, that depends on the cause of your medical issue.

it depends.... if high key, 2 OR 3 WEEKS... 2 day att C still oK...
If LK few days type, then maybe considered did not complete ICT

The call lies with CO/OC/BC's discretion whether if he's going to discharge your ICT (i.e outpro u, usually on a gauge of 70-80% attendance + max 3days MC + key activities attendance). MUP will be clawed back from the day u were being outpro. If no, full MUP will still be paid.

generally, if SAF MO gave the MC, usually the period of MC is counted as part of ICT, so there will be MUP for that period.

Generally lah. Depends on your NS CO's policy, but I believe this is usually the case.

We got one guy, kena hospitalized for 4days during ICT. We even had to take his car keys and move it for him should we needed to change camp (we had to cause of some operational requirement).

CO S1 and MO discussed, and since the guy has been quite on the ball with the unit, ie, no MC no keng, no defer everytime. He said, include this cycle for him. SO yes they can do it. MO and S1 and his own PC also vouch for him he quite on the ball.

However, if you defer all the time and always MC, then they have the power to not count it for u.
