Average CGPA in Mechanical Engineering

Anybody has any idea what's the average GPA one graduate with in mechanical engineering in NTU or NUS?

I'm concern whether will most people get at least a third class honour or without honour?

Why is that a concern? Just do your best or you just want to be avg?
