Average marks for grades

Can a raw score of 80% get you an A in ntu? I know it is depend of bell curve but is there any average score that can guaranteed you an A?

I am asking this bcuz I gt a 50% for my quiz comprising of 20% of the whole module grade for my business elective. Is it still possible for me to get a Final grade of A? If not I should just s/u it
