Backpack for work and leisure

Hey guys, need help. Is it possible to get a backpack which is pretty lasting and decent-looking around or below 100$? For working male, preferably suitable for leisure as well.
Saw a Timberland design which was not too bad but not too sure about its quality. Looking at TB2/Crumpler too but that'll exceed my budget right yikes.
