Bali Holiday

Hi All,

First time visiting Bali and would like to get some advise and suggestions from all of you.

This is a trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and would probably be there for about 5 days 4 nights. Will have only 3 full days in Bali since we will be arriving in Bali in the night and leaving early on the last day.

Was thinking using Kuta as base and explore from there. Is it a good idea?

We are not into party but would like to visit some place of interest and spend some quiet time together.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

1) nature/mountain/rice field?
2) beach?
3) hotel or villa?
4) any budget?
5) adventurous?

Kuta is pretty noisy and crowded, lots of Nightlife there. If you're not a party person why choose there?

As this is the first time to Bali, Kuta was a suggestion from a friend.
I would probably like to visit some place of interest and maybe experience a night in Kuta.

I am still open to any suggestion and would like to seek those who are familiar with Bali.

This will probably be a honeymoon type of trip.
