Who cares about legality when pedestrian light is red and the nearest oncoming car is miles away.

What talking you? As long as it serves the person's need without harming others. Forget about the traffic light instead of being a noble idiot that does nobody any good or cause harm.

If you have no regard for the law, it is ok to keep it to yourself. Don't have to tell other people to disregard the law.

Do you tell people it is legally right to cross the road when the light is red?

It does not need to harm others, it actually harms oneself and doesn't really serves one's needs.

and also TS already said "make sure I dun violate any laws"

I don’t know what I don’t know.. that’s why I’m taking the cautious approach to make sure I dun violate any laws

I have applied for 2 lettter of administration and 2 grant of probate. And I can say, different lawyers got different ways and ideas of handling the applications and off course that would affect the final amount they would charge from the initial quote, unless the case is simple and straight forward. Some lawyers I approached refused to accept my application for probate despite I willing to pay extra Side issue, all 3 lawyers I approached also refused to accept a case of divorce that I want them to handle

I also learned that once Court grant the probate or LOA, it's strange that there is no need to inform the Court that the case has been closed appropriately according to the laws and rights, duties and obligations bestowed on the legal rep. Beneficiaries may be disadvantaged through ignorance and legal rep may act malafide since he need not give a sworn statement to the court. Court just collect application fee and washes its hand of the matter. And the bank has no rules governing the estate account which I have been keeping for the last 15 years. The good thing is now the process the Cout takes to grant the probate or LOA has been shortened and lawyer's fee has come down.
