Bank loan for non working

Hi,

Can anyone advise. If my wife is not working, can she take bank loan to buy a malaysia property but paid 50% deposit?

Will u lend money to someone that is not working?
How the person going to return you the money?
Do you want your money return?

I just want to confirm any way to get loan. If I act as a guarantor, will bank grant the loan. Or If I put 90% deposit, does it help?

Last time, I heard, bank will loan but now after so many round of cooling measure.
After hard to say.

My suggestion is ask bank, themselves.

we can't answer on the behalf on bank especially you are talking about oversea property.
