Battery usage not showing

I am using iPhone 6s Plus. Recently the battery usage is not showing. It's says Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes. The time since last full charge is also not showing. I've done hard reset many times but its still the same. Any advice please.

Try factory reset, then restore from iTunes backup.

Updated to iOS 10.3.1 ?
If yes suspect is bug
As previously my ip7 on 10.3 battery usuage is bugged too but my 6+ no issue so I updated mine ip7 to 10.3.1 then ok

I did a restore also no help I've
Suspect it's iOS bug on diff model of iphone

I experience the same issue too on iPhone 6 Plus did full factory restore also cannot, anyone got solution?

experience it myself few months back. The battery usage comes back after few days without me doing anything
