hi when's the best time to go Taiwan between mid/end November 2014 - February2015?

first factor,
cost (peak period, holiday anything?)

secondly,
weather/season (when and where can see those red/orange maple trees? , drier month etc?)

likely to go Taipei, Yilan Hualien, nantou area.

If you want to see the foliage, either fall or autumn. For 'orange' and 'red', it's during autumn.
